1. Service Description

Recalculum offers a mathematical calculation service designed to recalculate different types of interest applied to mortgages and loans. By using our services, the user provides their mortgage or loan data for our system to perform interest calculations based on that information. We do not provide legal, financial, or any other type of advice; our service is limited to delivering mathematical calculations.

2. Terms of Use

To use our service, the user must complete the required form with their mortgage or loan data and make the payment through the Stripe payment gateway. Once the payment is completed, the user will receive a private link protected by an access code, through which they can view the calculation results and, if applicable, download a file in Excel format with the details.

The user is responsible for correctly entering the required data in the form. Recalculum is not responsible for inaccuracies in the resulting calculation if the user provides incorrect information.

3. Payment and Access to Results

All service prices are clearly indicated on our website and on the Stripe payment gateway. By making the payment, the user confirms that they understand and accept the service's price. Once the payment is completed, the service is processed, and the user receives the result via a private link. Due to the automated nature of our services, we do not allow cancellations or refunds once the payment has been made.

4. Refund and Correction Policy

We do not offer refunds once the payment has been made and the service has begun processing. However, if you detect an error in the calculation due to an issue with our platform, we will assist you in resolving it as much as possible. If an error occurs, please contact us at info@recalculum.com. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the user.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Use

The content generated by Recalculum (including calculations and downloadable files) is the property of the user, who is free to use it as they see fit, including for commercial purposes. However, the user agrees to include the reference "Calculation performed by Recalculum.com" whenever the generated content is shared or publicly distributed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Recalculum provides calculation results based on the data provided by the user. As these are mathematical calculations and not legal or financial advice, Recalculum assumes no responsibility for decisions made by the user based on the results. The calculations are mathematical approximations and should be independently interpreted.

7. Modification of Terms

Recalculum reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In case of changes, we will notify users via email, and the updated terms will be available on our website. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions before making a purchase to be aware of the current conditions.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising in connection with Recalculum's services will be resolved in accordance with Spanish law.
